Went in here today for lunch I got the fish and chips absolutely delicious and even got a wee pot of gravy my partner had a beef burger and chips she enjoyed it think the guy on was called Martin very polite and friendly we didn’t wait long for our food and very reasonable prices too will definitely be back soon

Lovely venue. We stayed overnight on Hogmanay and it was a wise choice. Food was amazing, staff lovely and room was very comfortable. Great atmosphere with a lovely roaring log fire. We highly recommend the Bein Inn for a special occasion. We will be back.

On reading the previous reviews I think the hotel itself wrote them as this hotel was a shambles. Firstly the staff that we did see at reception especially one man was very abrupt with an attitude from hell he should not be allowed to work in an environment with customers. We paid over £500 for what looked like a shabby old depressing dark granny flat which was separate from the hotel and had a smell it was one of the most awful hotels I've seen I wouldn't pay £10 per night for it. It had false advertisement about the hotel also,it stated it had a view there was not any view apart from a car park and round the back it was an unsafe muddy hill it looked really rough. They told us by email that they also charged £20 per night for dog stay and it stated differently on the website £15. We tried to discuss to the off putting man at desk about how we felt but due to his actions we walked out after quite a long travel. If you want a lovely place to stay don't go near this place as we did also hear that the hotel has been taking over recently hence why the reviews looked bit promising before.

We revisited for a second time, as our first visit was so lovely. Our second stay was even better. The room was so comfortable. The whole atmosphere was friendly, relaxing & welcoming. This time we dined in the bar, both nights.... The food was absolutely incredible. Having worked in restaurant kitchens, over the years, I am always hopeful.... The Bein Inn has easily some of the most delicious food I've experienced. & the service was wonderful. I cannot wait for our next stay. We've told our friends & family & are taking guests to dinner there, this coming week.... which we eagerly anticipate.

We’ve been for lunch / dinner a few times now and we’ve always had a good meal. Staff are attentive and friendly even when the place is busy, which it does get so best to book a table. Pricing is very reasonable, menu is good and the food seems to get a bit better each visit. Well done team Bein Inn. Keep it up.

Had a fantastic meal for my mums birthday Monday past. There were 6 of us. The service was lovely. James and Min were so nice, very obliging indeed. We had a table at the window. The restaurant was lovely and warm. The food was amazing and lovely and hot. We will be back for sure. Thank you.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a staff member who made us feel right at home. At the restaurant, we received great service from a young waiter, and the soup was absolutely delicious. During breakfast, the gentleman serving us was also fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful and very comfortable, with peaceful and picturesque surroundings. There’s convenient parking available as well. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I’m truly happy with my experience here, and I can honestly say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the UK! Highly recommend!

We felt sorry for the staff. Rushed off their feet and not fair to them at all. It meant slow service and affected the cleanliness of the rooms (although the lodge rooms were very very comfortable) It's a pity because with a few more staff it could be amazing. Breakfast was basically a choice of full Scottish or smoked salmon/scrambled eggs. But there was no smoked salmon. If you liked Fawlty Towers, give it a go.

I think the only positive thing might have been the location. But even that was NOT the ideal. Further when i went to eat the manager/owner was the most horrible person i think i ever ran into. I really pity all the people that have worked there or work there now. I heard him talk about his workers behind their back and talk down to them. So after hearing that i wasnt feeling very comfortable sitting and eating there, but then i hear him make fun of his worker having an eating disorder? Im just wondering, why did u hire that manager? Because u could really use another person. Because that person CROSSED the line MORE then once. I think the only positive thing might have been the food, wich was okay at best. But honestly after hearing that manager i had lost my appetite. I pray for all the workers there to get a better boss or better job. Not only that, now im getting accused of posting a fake review and they are trying to almost blackmail me with money. Im not sure that is great promotion for your restaurant and hotel,dont u think?

No disabled parking , food is overpriced and not nice potatoes were re heat or frozen food was lukewarm Well if disabled parking you mean is across a busy road yay Russian roulette with cars and I know frozen and heat up food I have worked in the food industry I know the score the steak pie tiny ramican dish that you say is reasonably priced £17.50 for lukewarm pie which may I add has made us both unwell all day not pleasant it smells like dog food if it was 6 quid then yeah but at almost 20 pounds get a grip you should as an establishment be taking customers criticism to heart the customer is no one and always right but arguing with me states exactly what I'm saying. Disgusting!!@@@

A perfect stay in a beautiful hotel. The staff are excellent and so friendly and helpful, especially Connor. The room was immaculately clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable - I had a restful sleep every night. The shower was amazing with great pressure - truly a power shower! Food was lovely, the atmosphere in the busy restaurant was great for a lone traveler, and the decor modern and tasteful - all in all a great stay and highly recommended!

Only stopped for a couple of takeaway coffees when happened to be passing. Nice looking hotel. Great location, and the cappuccino’s were nice too…

Honestly, me and my brother Tom had such a lovely stay. The staff were so kind and supportive to us. We are raising money for cancer research UK and this was the perfect place to relax and refuel. We highly recommend! The food is amazing and the hotel is beautiful.

Very nice place to stay in this area! Highly recommend, older building and some of the quirks that come along with that but nothing worth complaining about, and the restaurant served a very good Sunday Roast. Would definitely stay again!
